Loren's Gem

Loren's Gem is a female freelance writer from Turkey who enjoys spending most of her time with her family and writing content for the web during her free time.  She earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and has worked in the fields of journalism and teaching.  As former Information Officer for the local government, she had developed and published tourism travel guide brochures, festival souvenir programs and newsletters.

Loren's passions involve writing, travel, and photography.  She enjoys writing for topics related with travel, culture, food, family & relationships, health, and society.  She also loves to research and write articles about other interesting topics related with fashion and technology.  Her interest in writing is a result of her early fascination with books, magazines, newsletters as well as with creative arts such as drawing, painting, interior designing, and photography.  All these interests coupled with the support from her family have inspired her to continue learning new things and gladly share what she has learned through her writings.
